Amanda is a first-time author who writes fantasies set in both the real world and those she imagines. When she was growing up, she was always described as having “her violin in one hand and three books in the other.” She loved reading from an early age and devoured as much literature as she could. In fifth grade, she discovered the magic of writing her own stories and is thrilled to finally be able to share those with the world.

When she isn’t writing or reading, she can be found spending time with her husband and two dogs, playing in a community orchestra, volunteering in her local paleontology lab, or nerding out on all things Disney, Harry Potter, Stargate, musical theater, and history.
